الوضوء خطوة بخطوة

Allah says: "When you stand for prayer, wash your faces and your hands up to the elbows, wipe your heads and wash your feet up to the ankles" (5:6). These are the four obligatory acts: the face, the arms to the elbows, wiping the head, the feet to the ankles.

Sunnah acts: say bismillah, wash your hands first, rinse your mouth and nose, repeat each washing three times, use the siwak. Do it calmly and do not waste water.

The Prophet ﷺ said: "Allah does not accept a prayer without purification" (Muslim 224). Schools of law differ on some details: follow your family's and mosque's school, and ask a teacher.
