"And a Qur'an We have divided, so that you may recite it to people at intervals, and We have sent it down progressively" (17:106). The Qur'an came in stages, and we can approach it in stages. Jibril used to review the Qur'an with the Prophet ﷺ every night of Ramadan (Bukhari 6, Bukhari 1902). Many people aim to complete a full recitation in the month; others aim for understanding of a smaller part. Both are valid. Today, decide your goal, count how many pages a day it requires, and choose fixed times for recitation, for example after fajr and before sleep.
