"The month of Ramadan is the one in which the Qur'an was revealed, as guidance for people, with clear proofs of guidance and the criterion" (2:185). The same verse says: "Allah intends ease for you and does not intend hardship." Ramadan is first the month of the Qur'an, then the month of fasting. Ask yourself how much of your relationship with the Qur'an you want to rebuild. Today, open the mushaf or the app you use and choose a realistic daily amount, even one page. Small and regular is better than big and rare.
