Unit: Speaking with kindness
No insults, no bullying: the safe hand and tongue.
The Prophet ﷺ said: "A Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand people are safe" (Bukhari 10, Muslim 41). Today, the hand is also the one that types. A hurtful comment, a mocking sticker or a group message against someone is a form of harm, even if it is "just a joke".
If you see someone being bullied: do not join, do not like or share the mockery, support the person with a kind message, and tell an adult. If you are bullied: keep screenshots, block, and talk to someone you trust.
Lesson: write only what you would be happy to see written about yourself.
