Unit: Speaking with kindness
Your body, your family and your faith have a right over you.
The Prophet ﷺ said to a Companion who over-did worship: "Your body has a right over you, your eyes have a right over you, and your family has a right over you" (Bukhari 1968). The same balance applies to screens: sleep, movement, family meals, studies and prayer all have a right over your time.
Make a simple plan: screens off at a fixed hour, one meal a day together without phones, some outdoor activity, and time to read. Tell your parents what you plan, and ask for their help if it is hard.
Lesson: be the master of your tools; do not let them master you.
Answer every question to see your result.
