Unit: Who is Muhammad ﷺ?
Kind and patient with little ones.
The Prophet ﷺ loved children. Anas served him for ten years as a boy, and he said: "He never said "uff" to me, and never asked me why I did something or why I did not do something" (Bukhari 6038, Muslim 2309).
One day the Prophet ﷺ kissed his grandson Al-Hasan, and a man said: "I have ten children and I never kissed one of them." The Prophet ﷺ answered: "Whoever shows no mercy will not be shown mercy" (Bukhari 5997, Muslim 2318).
So we are gentle with little ones, and they are gentle with us.
